A Libertarian Walks Into a Bear by Matthew Hongoltz-Hetling
2.75
adventurous lighthearted sad medium-paced

This was okay and I don’t regret reading it but it was disjointed and not what I expected. It felt like a drawn out article series rather than a book, and jumped back and forth between topics that never felt like it came together. I enjoyed stories about the citizens of Grafton and learned about bears, but it was not pulled together in a way where I understood what the point of each chapter/story was.
The arrangement of the book felt off and it was confusing to follow a common theme or plot or argument from the author.
I listened to the audiobook and it might have been better reading the hard copy.
Definitely not a commentary on politics and slightly interesting commentary on bear populations/behavior/management.
