Tethered Spirits
by T.A. Hernandez
Picking up a new author is always hard for me because I never know if I will enjoy their writing style, but I am so glad I signed up to read this ARC. T. A. Hernandez is a gifted writer that, through Tethered Spirits, spins a captivating tale of found family, betrayal, conquering the past, and magic with a twist.
There are four perspectives in this novel and normally I hate reading more than two perspectives in a book, but each perspective is intricately connected to the other ones in a way that was so well done I barely registered a change in perspective because I was so involved in the story.
My favorite character is Kesari because of her stunning character arc. She went from being so terrified of her past to facing it. And I can't go into too much detail because I don't want to spoil this amazing book for any of you, but just want to mention that she is definitely a character to keep an eye on.
Overall, I loved this book and I am so thankful that Hernandez gave me the opportunity to read it before it came out!
Lots of love!
