This is a great series. Amy Winter is such an interesting and lovable character. This can be read on its own but I recommend reading in order so that you can get Amy and her family's backstory. There are so many great characters in this series and I love getting to know them all better. I also like that we still get to learn more about Amy’s family without it taking over or distracting from the rest of the plot. 

The case in this one had me hooked. Every time I thought I had figured things out I was proved wrong. Especially about Mo whose therapy sessions we get to witness. I also had no idea who the bad guy was and the reveal was such a surprise but also made sense. It’s so well written and keeps you gripped until the very end. Definitely looking forward to more from this series.
