Lyrebird by Jane Caro

I was immediately intrigued by the unique premise here and I love the author’s note on how serendipitously this book came to me.

This was a book that I struggled to put down and when the pace picked up, it was near impossible. The tension in the last quarter of the book was palpable! There are some heavy themes explored with the crime itself and the crime scene setting, but the inclusion of them is necessary to highlight the world today.

I am itching to pick up the other book that I have on my shelves by this author.
