The Santa Clause mixed with The Firm. I enjoyed this darker, organized, look at the North Pole and the role of Santa. Nick and Maddie were both walking red flags. I personally would have pepper sprayed Santa and gotten a restraining order but hey, she liked it so I loved it and it was all good.
