Cas is a punk-@$$, whiny, little, teenaged ghost buster. I hated his character. What kept me going throughout this book was Anna and Cas's friend Thomas, and I really was intrigued to see how it would end, but I could not stand the main character. He seemed to cuss for cussing's sake, and half the time his curses were used oddly. If he had said them to me, I would have laughed in his face, patted his head, and said, "Oh little emo ghost buster, you're not as tough as you wish you were," and gone on my way.
