I've been with Shae for awhile and I will admit, I am not a fan of this one. Now hear me out, the premise was there but there was just something really lacking for me. 

I love love love a good age gap, add in best friend's dad and I'm sold. 

I really like Cole. He was such a good friends even though sometimes things seemed to cross the lines or maybe that's the inconsistences of the story??? At times I felt bad for Matteo and other times wanted to throttle Cole. 

Cole and Emiliano, together, woo weee man were they HOTTTTT!!!! Emiliano, I felt was the best part of the book. He is the definition of Mafia Don and he wears the title so well. 

Maybe it was the writing style or the inconsistencies overall that threw me off. The way Cole was talked about but then his actions were the complete opposite, just little things here and there really added up overall throughout the book.
