people will try to make you hate this without reading it but don’t listen to them. i didn’t and guess what? i had fun.
there’s werewolves, vampyres, and humans co-habiting in the same world. trying to co-exist together with centuries of unresolved conflicts. the plot was interesting and the main and side characters were fun.
not only that – for a marriage-of-convenience relationship – the banter between misery lark (vampyre) and lowe moreland (were alpha) was hilarious and their chemistry was hot.
this is probably the best written book by miss ali hazelwood so far. and for her first supernatural book, i was impressed.
