This is a deeply personal and honest reflection on life and thoughts, a great approach to normalizing therapy. It can also be said it’s basically an extension of Book 1 but touches further on certain aspects. The author shows her VERY raw emotions and takes us places some are afraid to go.

I enjoyed this, at risk of the internal reflection, even down to the end. She’s easy to relate to while certain parts are uncomfortable to relate to and others unrelatable. But that’s the beauty of books like this.
