I recently reread this and I'm pleased to say Catching Fire holds up. I noticed so much more of the depth and social commentary in this read. To recap, without significant spoilers, the front half of this book is character driven and a bit slow paced. The second half moves at a progressively dizzying pace and is much more plot focused. I cannot wait to reread book three next month!
