A sapphic retelling of Beauty and the Beast - with dragons. The premise of this was better than execution for me, but I’m not sure what I expected as I’m not a massive fan of fantasy romance or Beauty and the Beast 👀 But I also found the magic system a bit lacklustre & underexplained - perhaps unavoidable in a fantasy novel so short! But still, not a bad read for company while cross stitching Christmas presents.
