I liked this more than book 1, the motivations got more complex &entangled whereas before the attraction seemed naive & kind of odd, the romantic relationships take a backseat to the rebellion which works well with the worldbuilding &darkness of the story, but with the ending… I feel like anything could happen in book 3.
