I loved this! this is a vibes/character driven book for sure! if you don't vibe with the character within the first chapter then you wont enjoy it. I have a bias towards anything ocean related and this is full of ocean facts and how it compares to grief. I was sucked into the mc world and her pain and the decisions she made. this is a book i can see myself thinking about for a long while. I too find the ocean very healing the more destructive and harsh it is.
