Dak and Sparrow are just amazing. They had their differences but after they had the first miscommunication they talked and continued to express themselves without fear, while also hearing the other person out fully before diving into more. 👏🏽 I really just love great communication.  And let's not mention the insane chemistry they had 😮‍💨

Watching these two grow as individuals as well as a couple was incredible. They touched on a lot of topics and it was all handled gracefully. They both welcomed each others best friends and they created their own little family unit. Also the way Sparrow immediately took to taking care of Edin and Mo, no questions asked, was absolutely beautiful. 

I absolutely loved the majority of the side characters, they were such loving kind people that added more depth to the story. Sometimes side characters feel like they're just added there to be there but these characters really added to the story! The only one I couldn't stand was Stephen, IYKYK, people like Stephen, do better, that's all I'm saying. 

This was a great start to the new series and I seriously can not wait for Edin's book next. After everything he has been through, I can't wait to see him in his healing journey and finally getting his HEA.
