I have been a fan of Steven Hassan for a while. I love his studies and how vulnerable he is when it comes to his experience of being victimized by cults. This book does a good job of breaking down political cults, how they are structured, how people get in, and how to help get them out. Hassan takes a totally scientific approach in how he discusses the topic and it was educational. Considering my studies in extremism, this book gave me a lot of insight into the topic. 

I listened to the audiobook and highly recommend this!
