House of Earth and Blood is the first book in the Cresent City trilogy. The story follows Bryce a half fae half human and angel Hunt. The fist part of the book is mostly world building but the action picks up maybe half way. The last part of the book is where the most action is. Not going to lie I was more interested in the pack of devils and would've loved to see more of them along with Bryce.
