Auggie & Me: Three Wonder Stories
by R.J. Palacio
What a beautiful collection of stories.
This book took me a while to read because it wasn't thrilling. I didn't feel particularly moved to pick it up and start reading.
However, it still earns 4 stars because of the amazing storytelling, the important lessons, the careful simplicity of each story. Each character was life-like, real. Their thoughts were understandable, and in particular I related to Charlotte - I completely understood her way of thinking and the things she was going through.
It's a powerful book, and a feel good book, and definitely good for any child or any adult. Would recommend.
