This was enjoyable to read. Just what my mood called for. Tho I think it was a bit more of a contemporary about Amy figuring her life out, with a side plot of romance. (Rather then a rom-com as the author referenced it in the interview thing at the end.)
Allllso, it’s nice that different opinions about marriage were (briefly) included. Though I do think that where the MC/story settled on the point about marriage being important for access to certain legal protections sorta misses the point that it shouldn’t be necessary for those things in the first place.
