In this book, there are many ideas about how to create and continue with a positive self esteem. There is a whole section with ideas on how to build a positive self image, such as smiling at yourself in the mirror, and writing down positive things about yourself before you go to bed. There's also a section about beating a lack of motivation, as well as one on help with public speaking. One of the main things that stuck out to me was to stop being a bully to yourself. I had never though of it that way before.
