A wonderfully woven story of three women, Nell, her grand-daughter Cassandra, and a mysterious character Eliza. I loved how each chapter, while they did move from time and place, tied together with the previous chapters and how the story built and grew. There were a few places where I felt things were not fully fleshed out, but overall it was an engrossing and enjoyable read!
