This is the second book in a series and could definitely be read as a standalone but the first book was great so I say read both 😉 Tropes include small town, forbidden, age gap, sports and close proximity. This was just a really fun one, I loved the forbidden aspect and Toren and Jennsyn sneaking around was so 🥵 Watching them fall hard despite trying really hard to resist each other was adorable and the added tension of will they or won’t they was great. Devney always delivers for me and I cannot wait for book three!
