I Want to Die But I Want to Eat Tteokpokki

2.5☆
I read this super quickly in one sitting and I found it generally enjoyable but I didn't think it was an overall incredible read.
The format of it being transcript of the writers weekly therapy sessions made it easy and quick to get through and I enjoyed some of the advice that was sprinkled throughout for those with low self esteem.
At times I found the conversations to be irritating (i particularly didnt like the part where she calls fat people ugly or when her self esteem issues from a pressure to conform are compared to the societal issues that minorities deal with) but I tried to seperate this from the parts I enjoyed.
