Night Moves by Andrea Smith
4.0

Night Moves is book 3 in the G-Man series but can be read as a stand alone (I have not read the first 2 - yet - but this did not take away at all from this story).

Darcy - 22 years old, smart and sassy, beautiful and newly single.  Oh, and just a bit spoilt - hell, a lot spoilt.  But she owns it and is not sorry for it.

Easton - 33 years old, rich and sexy.  A bit of an asshold and a lot of a manwhore (hello sir!)  And he comes with a very sexy piece of body modification **wink wink**  Oh yes, how can we forget, he's British

Their eyes meet over a tropical beach

and that starts a series of chance meetings and interactions that bring them closer together, culminating in mind blowing orgasms

I love that Darcy is not a whiney pathetic kind of girl.  After her break up and some news from her parents (which I still am not sure if I want to cheer for or strangle them for the way they did it), you would expect a lesser woman to crumple.  Not Darcy - as a big fat eff you to her parents and her ex she goes balls to the wall to make it on her own.  We watch her transformation from spoilt brat to confident young woman.

I have to say, I really didn't take to Easton at first.  I am not sure what it was about him but just rubbed me the wrong way.  I did love that he owned that he was a man-whore and didn't hide it.  I hate it when you read some man is supposed to be whoring around and there is no sign of it.  Easton has it out there loud and proud - very loud at times!

And the change in him when he realises he has real feelings for Darcy is very noticable, not just to the reader but to those around him.

There is a fair bit of angst as their relationship blossoms, not from just within their relationship but from outside it as well.  We learn of Easton's childhood and his relationship with his mum (hiss) and dad, and how it has shaped him to the man he is today.  And then there's the ex.
