Infinite Country
by Patricia Engel
TW: deportation, violence, talks of cartel, family separation and a juvenile jail
Wow wow wow - this book is remarkable, powerful and incredibly emotional! Infinite Country is a shorter book with only 191 pages but it took me longer than I thought it would to read because of its depth and beautiful writing!
You will not regret reading this book and I highly encourage you to move it up on your tbr list!
This books follows a family through the emotions of deportation and whether they will ever be able to live together again. I am in awe of the way the author wrote these characters and I can’t wait to read whatever she writes next!!
