Okay, I actually ended up really liking this one. It's tropey, FOR SURE, but once you lean into it.... 🤌🏻
I don't <I>love</i> a love triangle but this one worked. And the ending got me! I wasn't fully expecting that. Interested to see how it all plays out.
As for all of the comparisons to ACOTAR.... I mean, I guess? (It literally compares itself to ACOTAR so no surprise there) But honestly, you could make the same argument for any book that has fae in it. Nothing groundbreaking on either account regarding the fae lore involved. 🤷🏻♀️
