So much better than the first book but still so odd. The premise behind the books was very interesting and something that could have made for a really good story, I just think the telling was lacking something.
Overall, this book was much more interesting and well written than the first but had it not been for the ending it would have been a solid 3 star read. It never fully held my interest until the end which is too far into the book in my opinion.
