I will now recount a conversation I had over the phone with a friend

My friend: “So what are you reading rn?”
Me: “I’m reading two books rn. The first I will not tell you to spare my self-dignity”

If you’ve read this, you understand. We’re getting freaking up in here and I do not care. I was giggling and kicking my feet anyway. And by giggling and kicking my feet, I mean eating a slice of pie while listening to this on audiobook with a deadpan face (but still excitedly freaking out every now and again) while the raunchiest sex scene in the book plays in my ear. Idk I just really felt like that one bit of Predro Pascal eating that sandwich while staring off into space the whole time but substantially freakier.

This book (and the series in general, but especially this one) is like crack for my brain. Idk what methamphetamines Freya Marske puts into this shit, but she got me hooked. 

Also, I’m betting my left tit that Freya Marske reads fanfic. Thank you and goodnight.

Edit: I will now desperately try to find something to fill the void finishing this series has left in my heart. I do not know what to do with myself
