Loved this book! It's pure genius! The plot and characters are interesting and absorbing. However, the author occasionally stops to contemplate in great length the thoughts, motives, social pressures and connections behind each character's every action in lots of long philosophical paragraphs. Those were somewhat difficult to wade through at times; then again, some of the insights into human nature were quite enlightening. Overall, a marvelous book!
