libscote 's review for:
The Witch Boy
by Molly Knox Ostertag
I was excited to read this one because I knew about Ostertag's work through "Strong Female Protagonist" and I was excited for more. I was not disappointed.
Asher comes from a family where women practice witchcraft and men are shapeshifters. That's it. But Asher hasn't had a visit from his shapeshifting form yet and he can practice witchcraft. Can his family accept who he is?
I liked this story a lot, and I think anyone who has felt different from their family in some way will relate to this.
