One of the more consistent story collections I've read. I really enjoyed the introduction to each story. As a writer myself, I found those particularly interesting, although I have heard some people find them annoying.
There are stories that fell flat for me, but those were fairly few and often on the shorter side, and my enjoyment of them was elevated by the introductions.
