This was a super strong finish to the trilogy. I liked Taegan so much more in this one; he only did one stupid thing and he wasn’t overly selfish anymore. This book felt far more emotional than the previous two, which makes sense based on the characters having settled into being together and also based on the plot things happening. But man, I had some pages there where my eyes would NOT stop leaking. I felt like this part of the story was really beautiful, and I’m glad to have read it.
