I didn’t know what to expect of Normal People and I’ve concluded that this was an average read for me. I don’t feel like I’d miss anything if i didn’t read it but I’m glad I did. Connell and Marianne are both troubled people and cross each other frequently in their lives. I wasn’t attached to the characters but I did love the idea of how these two characters were drawn to each other. Very realistic.
