I can't. Despite Hawke being on the cover, this book was mostly Tenyuu-Zaidera, which is absolutely boring, and tea parties, which might have been fun but the characters we're so fond of weren't present. Johan, Albert, Yuri and Aira were all not at the tea party. Just Liz but even then, the interaction wasn't much. I hope the next one actually has progress on the romance and we get more screentime on the characters we love.
