Had a lot of fun reading this! But I felt a little icky about Cardan’s sudden change in behavior when he was caught & tied up by Jude because throughout the book I was made to believe that he’s this evil bully and as it turns out he just has a /crush/ on her? And part of me /knew/ that he has a bigger part to play but god. What are we? 10 years old? Anyhoo, I need to see some more characters development in book two because I’m already hooked. I do like morally grey characters and this book seems to be filled to the brim with them.
