Love this series! I devoured this book, but it has left me a little.... upset, I guess. Emotional. This last book was just heartbreaking all through! So sad to see the Cutters struggling and hurting themselves and each other, and the sense of loss, guilt, and confusion in Tally's mind is awful to read.
The plot just got too complicated with the back and forth and never knowing who's a good guy and who's a bad guy. First they're caught, then they're free, then they're caught again, Oh no, wait actually they're still free.... maddening after awhile.
And it seems like there's never a single scene where people are happy. Is anyone ever happy in this book? Not really, no.
Still a wonderful book, and a fitting end to the Tally part of the series. (Although actually there is another one with her in it.)
