I got a rating of 7.57 in my CAWPILE rating system which is a 4 star rating on the lower end of the spectrum.

This book was chosen for me to read by one of my Instagram friends for the 12 months 12 people challenge. That friend and I decided to buddy read this book which made the reading experiance even better.

I really enjoyed this story. I was most excited to read about a culture I barely know about. Sadly, I feel like the world building was a bit weak. The magic system saved it for me, as that was a really nice thing to see in this story.

The characters of the story were great. I enjoyed seeing them growing from enemies to allies to even lovers. The romance, however, felt a bit rushed for me. They just suddenly were in love which... I did not like. I would have prefered a slow and subtle build up to it than the instant thing we got. Or even no romance at all but instead a good friendship instead.

All in all I enjoyed reading Woven in Moonlight
