This Is What Happy Looks Like
by Jennifer E. Smith
I really enjoyed this book! I think the idea of meeting someone through such accidental means is very romantic and exciting.
The additional mystery of the history of Ellie really adds to the story. I thought Ellie was a very interesting character and I liked her right away. I also really liked Graham and his history as well. The relationship between him and his parents is sad.
I loved the way that Ellie and Graham connected and watching their relationship unfold and grow was very entertaining. I also enjoyed the friendship between Ellie and her best friend. Even though there were some struggles, you could tell that they had a deep connection that would surpass any teenage drama.
All in all, I found this to be a completely endearing and entertaining story that brought me back to that simpler time of first loves and the trepidation of what the future will bring.
