This book was exactly what I needed to get me out of my reading slump. It was quicky, spicy, & heartfelt. Kate & Beckett and great banter and tension. 
This was my first ever ex-boyfriends brother trope and I was kinda expecting more drama to be caused by that but I am not upset. I have a love-hate relationship with brother's best friend, but I really liked how this one was handled. Very mature and not weirdly possessive. I skipped book 1 in this series and I might go back and read it, but I am much more interested in the next 2 books in the series.
