Bored to tears. It's just so preachy and full of sad philosophy that doesn't even make any logical sense! It's just random ramblings about nothing.

No action, no plot, no interesting characters. Just people talking nonsense, and endless detailed descriptions of them eating, sleeping, taking a walk, eating again, etc...
There's an entire freakin' chapter in which nothing happens except that the guy takes his temperature. Another entire chapter describes how a man and woman pass each other in the hallway, say "Good Morning", and walk on without anything else happening. That's it! Why does it take him 600 words to say what I just described in 16 words? How is this even a published book?
