what even was this???? 
there was so much TELLING, not showing and yet none of it made any sense at all. a whole lot of mythology smashed together that it just made my brain hurt.
nyx was SO annoying; she was so inconsistent and let’s not even get into the instalove love triangle!!!!! she really instaloved not one but TWO guys and i know there’s more to it but oh my god it was ridiculous.
just so much going on yet nothing going on at the same time??? so confusing that as you’re trying to decipher it all, you forget to actually get invested in the story or characters. 
the reviews are so mixed it’s crazy how people are rating it 5 stars saying how beautiful it was but i literally can’t find a single thing to like about it 
just a big mess!!!!
