I liked this book and it was a fairly quick sapphic vampire dark academic book!
I wish there was more exploration into the main romance of the book since it switched so quickly from rivals to lovers that it didn’t make much sense how they developed so quickly into obsession with each other, especially withcarmilla’s existing obsession with De Lafontaine that Laura just felt out of place in the triangle
I also felt the book could have been longer/paced differently because the plot felt rushed at the end with so many things trying to be wrapped up
