I love good family drama with mystery and this had a lot of it!

Sienna is part of a big Italian family that runs a very successful restaurant. Her Nonna Cara is a spitfire of a woman and when Cara collapses at a party it's a shock. Even more shocking is when at the hospital, Cara tells Sienna that someone tried to kill her. Sienna doesn't know if it's the medicine talking or Nonna telling the truth.

Sienna is also still dealing with the loss of her husband 5 years ago. He was killed in a car accident and they've never been able to solve the hit and run. What jerks get going is her family and her daughter Lola.

Wow. This family has layers upon layers of secrets. Sienna is the only one who thinks Cara is telling the truth and sets out to find out the truth. She gets so many bombshells thrown at her, I felt sorry for her and all the lies she's had buried in her family.

This book was so great and I'm thankful for AJ reaching out to me to read.
