Kieran is back in Evelyn Bay for a week or so. He hasn’t been back in years and is trying to forget about the horrible accident that almost took his life, but also took his older brothers life. Plus, a girl went missing and was never found. While back with his girlfriend and baby, a girl is found dead by the ocean and the past comes rushing in.
This is definitely a slow burn mystery that piles on each other slowly. It was still interesting and you needed to know the daily things. I was totally wrong on the person who did it, which wasn’t a let down, but I wish the ending had shown the consequences of the after.
