This was an ebook I picked up at the library when searching for something on self-love and binge eating disorder. This didn't fit the bill. While yes, Andie Mitchell did have what we now call Binge Eating Disorder, I would definitely not call this a book that goes into self-love. The way she describes her childhood of cereal bowl after cereal bowl is one of judgment, not understanding. And even the way she talks about her weight loss makes it seem easy - I went to Italy, I walked everywhere, I lost a bunch of weight - when it is usually anything but. I wanted to like this book but just couldn't.
