Apparently excellent, but I'll never know.
I read about 1/5 of the book without a single thing happening, nor with an interesting character appearing. Of the 3 POV characters introduced, I couldn't tell you a single thing about them except their names and the fact that (at least 2 of them) were supposed to be very good at their jobs, but I only know that because I was told, not because I saw it.
There was a half-teased bogeyman of a political party and a white knight of one and a shadowy globe-encompassing information-delivering company. Maybe they come together in unpredictable ways, but I doubt it, and the threat of another 300 or whatever pages like the first chunk just scared me away.
