I don't think I've read a book like this before with such exquisite writing (some passages, just wow), a unique cast of characters, and such drama! There's so much packed in to these 174 pages, both directly on paper and in between the lines, that I really feel like I've just read a 400-page novel!

I didn't fully grasp everything at first. I had to reread some bits a few times over and wasn't sure when it was a case of me not catching or remembering something, or me being meant to wait for Morrison to reveal all. This is most likely a failing on me than anything else!
