Divergent
by Veronica Roth
Ooooh, I loved this!!!! I could not stop reading this, it's like I became obsessed and taking a break from reading was impossible. Sadly I had to take a few because of sleep.
I watched the movie before reading the book. I usually try to avoid that, but the story seemed so interesting and I couldn't wait - I didn't have the books yet.
I barely finished the movie when I ordered the books. I HAD to read them. Because I needed more. And to know what happens next. And I want to read the other books before watching the other movies.
Even though I already watched the movie, I was still very curious and excited while reading this book. Usually when I watched a movie and know what happens, the book version feels slow and/or boring. This was not the case.
I can't wait until I read the next book.
My favorite character was Four/Tobias (I'm still getting used to call him Tobias instead of Four, I like the name Four, it's unique/original.) I absolutely loved him. Though I'm not sure if I would love him as much as I do if I hadn't watched the movie before reading, he was a little different in the book.
