Breakfast at Tiffany's and Three Stories
by Truman Capote
I liked the three stories at the end but as far as Tiffany is concerned, I thought she was quite pretentious and annoying, like a more talkative version of Gatsby's Daisy or Flaubert's Bovary. In a lot of ways, the book is reminiscent of Gatsby with the starstruck, amiable narrator and the rotating cast of gluttonous, privileged others.
