I’m calling it a day, very sorry to literally everybody who seems to have read this book and loved it. Some passages I would be absolutely loving it, getting into the swing, only to be hit 3 pages later with 10 pages of text that I could barely make head nor tails of. 

Maybe I’m just not a sophisticated enough reader to appreciate this kind of novel. I’m okay with that.
