A heartbreaking story following a couple torn apart due to the travel ban instituted in 2017 in the United States.
It feels wrong to say that I devoured such a heartbreaking story, but I just couldn’t put it down. One thing I wish could’ve had more was the ending. While I do appreciate open ended endings, I wanted to know what Sama and Hadi did next.
If you enjoyed Honor by Thrity Umrigar in 2022, I think you’ll also enjoy this one.
